With specialization in Power Systems and master’s degree in Energy Engineering at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), Spinella is technically responsible for the Electrical Engineering. He´s a GE certified as Expert Senior Engineer in Power Electronics and FACTS Devices. His experience includes Siemens, Nokian Capacitors, Alstom Grid and General Electric, he was also a professor at FATEC, ETESP and SENAI.
